Terms of Service

LEGAL ENTITY

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to services provided by Nevada Pool Services, a professional pool maintenance and repair company (“Nevada Pool Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By continuing to receive our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.

WELCOME

Thank you for choosing Nevada Pool Services for your pool care needs. Our mission is to keep your pool sparkling, healthy, and worry-free. This agreement outlines the professional pool service we provide and the terms that help us ensure your satisfaction.

  • Comprehensive Water Chemistry: We perform complete water testing and precision balancing to ensure safe, crystal-clear water.
  • Chemical Application: All necessary basic chemicals are included in our service to maintain your pool’s balance.
  • Surface Cleaning: We thoroughly skim your pool surface to remove leaves, bugs, and other floating debris.
  • Basket Clearing: We regularly empty skimmer and pump baskets to ensure optimal filtration.
  • Deep Cleaning: We perform vacuuming of the pool floor to eliminate sediment, along with brushing of walls, steps, and tile lines to prevent buildup.
  • Water Level Management: We monitor and adjust water levels as part of our routine maintenance.
  • Equipment Inspection: Every visit includes an inspection of your pool equipment to verify proper operation and efficiency.

Note: Each service visit typically takes 15–25 minutes, depending on the current condition of your pool and the volume of debris.

Service Options Note

Depending on your specific needs, you may choose our Full Service Pool Cleaning package for total maintenance or our specialized Chemical Service for professional-grade water chemistry management.

1. PRICING ADJUSTMENTS

Nevada Pool Services reserves the right to adjust pricing with written notice prior to the start of a new service period.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Cash-Only Policy: Nevada Pool Services operates exclusively on a cash payment basis. We do not accept credit cards, ACH, or electronic transfers.
  • Payment Due: Payments are due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Late Payments: Accounts past due more than 14 days will have service suspended until full payment is received. Nevada Pool Services reserves the right to terminate service for repeated late or missed payments.

3. ADDITIONAL & SEASONAL SERVICES

Filter cleans, salt-cell cleans, drain & refill services, and other specialized maintenance are performed at an additional cost. Please contact our office for scheduling and pricing.

4. REPAIRS

  • Nevada Pool Services handles equipment diagnostics, repairs, and replacements.
  • All repairs will be quoted and require customer approval before scheduling.
  • If an urgent issue is identified that renders the pool hazardous or unsafe, we may perform repairs on the spot if the cost does not exceed $100.
  • A diagnostic fee may apply when a technician is dispatched outside of regular service.

5. ACCESS & SAFETY

  • Access to the pool and equipment must be available on the scheduled service day. If access is blocked, a $30 reschedule fee may apply.
  • Customers are responsible for keeping gates, latches, and locks in working order.
  • Please secure or remove aggressive pets during service. Nevada Pool Services is not responsible for pets escaping while gates are opened or closed.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure consistent service, the customer agrees to maintain proper water levels, keep areas accessible, authorize necessary repairs promptly, and notify us of any leaks or damage.

7. SERVICE SCHEDULE & WEATHER

  • Your pool will be serviced on the same day each week. Routes may shift due to holidays or operational needs.
  • We service pools during light rain but postpone during unsafe conditions, rescheduling within the same week.

8. CANCELLATION

This agreement continues month-to-month. 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel.

9. COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related communications, including appointment reminders, schedule updates, and service follow-ups. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will occur in the county where service is performed.
